Please read the below terms before placing a commission.

Payment

Payment in advance via Paypal using GBP (£) as currency. Payment by PayPal is made with an invoice issued by me, tax will be included in the price.Commission prices are for a drawing with one (1) character.Commissions cannot be returned or refunded once the sketch has passed the client's approval.It is possible to pay in installments. This will be individually agreed with the customer.The final price of the commission can vary depending on the number of characters, background, difficulty, etc. Details to be discussed when the commission is placed.

My work process

I accept requests via Google form or email.I then contact the clients to discuss the details about the commission.After that I start the work on a commission and I will update the client throughout, at different stages of the work (sketch, base colors, rendering progress).Will draw: original characters and fanarts, humans/humanoids, couples and ships of any gender, animals, fantasy, horror, mecha/cyberpunk, light NSFW (mild nudity/suggestive) – issue to be negotiated, dependent on my sense of comfort.Won't draw: full on pornography, hateful images, fetish art.

Modifications

throughout the commission process, I will send multiple updates so that the client can request any changes.Only minor changes will be accepted once the commission is in final stages. Any large modifications at this stage will incur an additional charge.

Copyright and uses

I retain copyright over the artwork.
No edits, tracing, copying, duplicating, selling.Using my work to feed AI image generators or other similar machine/program training/learning. is strictly prohibited.If the client wants to edit the commission in some way, the client is obliged to contact me for my permission.I can publish the commission to post my work in any form and mantain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. If the client wishes for their commission to be private, I will respect their request. However I retain the right to post the art as portfolio material.Accepted sketch and finished commissions may be posted on social media/patreon, unless the Client states they do not want this.Client can post the finished commission on social media/their website with credit to one of my social medias, found hereClient agrees to use my work exclusively for personal non-profit use.

Additional Info

I have the right to refuse a commission if it violates my comfort, when the client behaves inappropriately, or if they breach TOS or private, agreed upon terms.
After sending the finished commission, I wait 2 weeks for client approval. After the 2 week period, if the client does not contact me, I consider the commission closed and no corrections can be made.I send finished commissions in PNG format via email, WeTransfer or Google Drive upon request.If the customer has specific requirements for the size of the canvas or wants to receive a commission in a specific format, they are obliged to inform me about it. My standard canvas size is 4496x300px at 300DPI resolution.
